Early Career

Technology & Safety Innovation

Our founder Hubert Jerome began his career in wearable technology and safety innovation, holding leadership positions at Tile/Life360 — pioneering family safety and location-sharing technology.

2020

Trase: COVID Response

During the pandemic, designed Trase — an automated contact tracing platform deployed across 150+ community college campuses, serving over 2.1 million students and keeping communities safer.

2022

NxtGen Technologies Founded

Established NxtGen Technologies LLC in San Diego, CA — with a mission to build AI-powered solutions for mental wellness, safety, and education at a global scale.

2023

My Safe Spaces Launches

Launched My Safe Spaces — India's first integrated mental wellness ecosystem — with programs spanning schools (SWISS), workplaces (CREW), personal wellness, and professional development (ELEVATE).

2024-Present

Scaling Impact

IntellicareAI launches as a multilingual AI wellness companion. Strategic partnerships with India Mental Health Alliance, Mindful Dignity Lab, and TAISI expand our reach to 1M+ students.

Founder & CEO

A visionary technologist and wellness advocate, Hubert Jerome brings deep expertise in wearable technology, safety innovation, and AI-driven platforms. From pioneering family safety technology at Tile/Life360 to designing COVID-era contact tracing solutions, Hubert has consistently built technology that protects and empowers communities.

Today, he leads NxtGen Technologies and its flagship platforms — My Safe Spaces and My Safe Schools — with a focus on making mental wellness accessible to millions across India and beyond.
